Pedagogical QUESTIONS
Inclusive education?
The UECPA is committed to implementing inclusive education as provided for in the decree of June 30, 2016 (see M.B. 26-10-2016). This decree provides the legal framework for inclusive adult education (enseignement de promotion sociale) and sets out the possible reasonable accommodations that students with disabilities, illnesses or disorders may use during their studies.
For more information on this subject, please consult the dedicated Enseignement inclusif.
Recognition of prior learning
For language courses, placement tests (written and oral) are organized to determine the appropriate level.
If you already hold a certificate of achievement from a recognized school in the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, you will not need to take the test — your previously acquired level will be validated directly.
Individual support?
For French courses, additional remedial classes are occasionally organized for more personalized support. For more information, please contact the secretariat.
Levels of courses ?
All language courses are organized by learner level, which is why placement testing is required upon registration.
For other courses (management, wine studies, IT), no prerequisites are required.
