Practical information
Registration
Enrolment takes place Monday to Thursday, from 2pm to 6pm, WITHOUT appointment at the school office: Avenue Kersbeek 306 – 1180 Uccle
Admission requirements
Minimum age: 16 (or 15 if in Year 10)
Admission test
To ensure you are placed at the right level, we organise written and oral admission tests.
If you already hold a language level certificate issued by a school in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, please bring it with you at the time of registration.
Documents required for enrolment

Your identity card or passport (and visa if necessary)

If you are registered with the CPAS/VDAB: your certificate proving social integration income for the month of enrolment

If you are taking an Actiris course: your Actiris language cheque

If you are aged 16–18: proof of regular attendance at a full-time secondary school
Payment methods
- Bancontact (Belgian bank card) or cash
(no VISA/MasterCard, other credit cards, foreign bank cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay) - The full course fee must be paid on the day of registration
Important: We cannot proceed with your registration without all the required documents (ID, CPAS certificate dated the month the course begins, payment, etc.).
The UECPA cannot be held responsible if places are no longer available at your level when you register at the office.
In the event of withdrawal, only the legal registration fee (DI) is refundable up to 1/10th of the teaching unit. Administrative fees (DIC) are non-refundable.
Basic rates
- EU nationals: €150 for one course module – €200 for two modules (= full academic year)
- Non-EU nationals: €240 for one course module – €380 for two modules (= full academic year)
Reductions or exemptions
Reduced fee of €90 in the following cases:
● Registration with the CPAS: certificate dated from the month the course begins for people receiving social integration income
● Registration with the VDAB: certificate of exemption dated from the start of the course month
● Job seekers (Actiris, Forem) receiving unemployment benefits (full-time or part-time) or following a professional integration programme: Actiris registration number
● Minors (under 18): proof of enrolment in a full-time secondary school
● Disabilities recognised by PHARE or AVIQ: certificate issued by this body, bearing the references of the Brussels-Capital Region or the Walloon Region and stating training is required for professional integration. You may also provide a certificate from a competent public authority or a court decision recognising disability, invalidity, occupational illness, accident at work, or accident resulting in permanent incapacity.
● Public authority: a certificate bearing the seal of the relevant authority requiring you to attend the course.
Reduced rate of €90 – FEDASIL
You must bring your FEDASIL document when you register.
PLEASE NOTE: Only original exemption documents (CPAS, VDAB, Actiris, etc.) will be accepted. Photos of documents will not be accepted.
